Store Administrators possess the ability to change order dates within the system, enabling administrators to backdate orders as necessary.
In order to do this, first locate the order you wish to move and click the page and magnifying glass to view the order:
Beneath Update Order Status, click the button labeled Move Order:
This will take you to the Modify Order Dates page, which will ask you to confirm the New Order Date:
Once the date has been set, click Update All Dates On Order. The date will be changed, and the change will be logged in the sales record's log:
