MJ Freeway offers streamlined integration with Leafly and other online menus and locator services so you can reach your patients and customers quickly. This feature is included in your GramTracker subscription.

Sending your menu to Leafly on a regular basis is one of many ways GramTracker can save you time. This does require some configuration, but once set up and established, you’ll only need to make minor adjustments as you add new products/strains.

Note: If you have an existing Leafly account with a populated Menu, the GramTracker integration will not overwrite existing values. It is recommended that you configure this service after business hours, and begin with a blank Leafly menu.

You will need to start by establishing a paid account to the Leafly service, which you can sign up for using this link:


Next, log into GramTracker as an admin user and navigate to;
Admin > Settings > Integrations

Then click; Menu Export Settings
On this page your Leafly setup will have its own section, click Leafly Integration to expand it.

Once expanded, under the Authorization Code box you will have to click on the link and follow the instructions to allow MJ Freeway Access to your Leafly menu and generate an Authorization Code.

Once on the next page, make sure all the boxes have been enabled, including “Remember My Decision” and then click on the blue Yes, Allow button. This will bring you to a new page that has your code as you see below.

You may now copy and paste this code into your Leafly Integration Settings in MJ Freeway, set the Leafly Integration to “Enabled” and then click save.

Next, you will need to map where you would like your products to appear on your Leafly menu.

Navigate to Inventory > Products > Active Products
Then locate a product you would like to send to your Leafly Menu, and click edit.

Once you’re in the editing page of your product, scroll to the bottom of the product form and you will need to expand the Menu Export Settings. You may now map the Leafly Strain and Leafly Type for your product to show up on the Leafly Menu. Click save once complete.

Note: you may only choose the strains Leafly has listed on their site, we cannot add a strain that is not listed in the drop-down menu.

Pushing Data
Once enabled, the Leafly integration will push data on a regular basis without any effort on your part. However, the first time, or if you make major changes you’d like to see right away, you can manually force the integration to push.

Navigate back to:
Admin > Settings > Integrations
Then click; Menu Export Settings and expand the Leafly Integration section.

At the bottom of this section, you will find a checkbox to;
“Please run an update of my Products immediately …”

Click this checkbox, then the Save button, and your Leafly data will be pushed.

Depending on the number of products you are pushing, the speed of your Internet connection, and general Internet traffic, these changes may take up to an hour to see on your Leafly page.

Once these steps are complete, GramTracker will push changes you make to products directly to Leafly on a daily basis, leaving you more time for the rest of your business!
